The absence of a seal therefore does not mean that the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. The gift set was supplied to you in the same condition in which we received it from our supply chain.
This is also something that can be independently verified. A quick online search regarding whether designer fragrance gift sets are always sealed will show that it is quite common for genuine gift sets from well-known brands to be supplied without cellophane or other external seals.
